Your booking request is governed by the following conditions and terms of business:

Payments: In order to confirm your bookings for our services some advance payment should be made. The amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services you asked, would be decided by us. The balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in India but before the commencement of our services.

It is also to be noticed that in some cases like special train journeys, transportation booking, hotel or resort bookings during the festive season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance

Mode of Payment: Advance payment from your country can be made through wire transfer to our bank or through Mail Authorization via Master/Visa credit card. After reaching to India, the balance payment can be made through currency notes, travelers cheque or through Master/Visa / American Express credit card. Please note that in case of payment through credit card, the bank charges-as applicable-would be levied over and above the total amount.

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In case of cancellation of our services due to any reason/s we must be informed in writing as soon as possible.
